Terms and Conditions

1. Entrants must be over 18 and resident in mainland UK.
2. The wining entrants to a grand draw must have matched in order 6 of the 12 ‘Favourite Curry Party Ingredients’ shown, with the selection made by the official adjudicators. Correct matching entries will go into a draw held on 26 November 2010. the first selected in the draw will be the winner. The winner will be notified in writing at the address used to enter the competition.
3. The Winner is required to confirm acceptance to the James Whale Fund of their Prize within two weeks of being notified. Notification will have deemed to take place either by posting of a first class letter or by the sending of an email. In the event of non-acceptance within the specified period, or if the person is not contactable, the James Whale Fund reserves the right to cancel the offer of the Prize.
4. The Prize is subject to the Chef being available to cook at your home at your preferred date of choosing. Terms and conditions apply: the Winner must be prepared to supply all cooking equipment, wine and water glasses, plates and cutlery, a cooker and hot plates in a suitable position to enable the Chef and any of her team to work in the preparation of a meal for up to six people. The James Whale Fund, or its agent chooses all ingredients and wine. The Prize can only be taken by the named prize winner and must have been taken within four months from 26 November 2010.
5. The Prize is non-transferable and has no monetary value attached to it, in any form.
6. Except in the case of death or personal injury caused and so far as permitted by law, the James Whale Fund and its agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any, postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the Prize details beyond their control and for any act or default of the Chef, or any other third party supplier. As well as not excepting any claims for loss or damage including breakages, which could or might happen in the fulfilment of the Prize within the winner’s home.
7. On winning you will be required to take part in reasonable publicity.

   Strictly one entry per person.
9. This Competition is not open to anyone who works directly with the Fund, his or her relatives or any agent or supplier working with the Fund.
10. Occasionally the James Whale Fund may contact you by post, email or text with further information on the charity or forthcoming events. The option to decline on further mailings is always offered at first point of contact.
11. Closing date for entries is 19 November 2010.
12. By entering into the competition, you agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions.
13. Nothing contain in the above excludes a person's statuary rights.
